Terms of Service

Last updated: 22 May 2026

1. About these terms

Clinic Clock ("the app") is a private staff time-tracking tool provided by South Ken Clinic ("we", "us") to its employees. By using the app you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app and contact your clinic administrator.

2. Eligibility & accounts

3. Permitted use

You agree to use the app solely to record your own working hours at the clinic. You must not:

4. Location data

The app reads your device's GPS location at the moment you sign in or out of a shift, to confirm you are physically at the clinic. We do not collect any background location data. Granting location permission is required for the app to function; if you withdraw it, you will not be able to clock in.

5. Privacy

Our handling of your personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

6. Availability

We aim to keep the app available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The app relies on third-party providers (Supabase, Apple, Google) and may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or due to factors outside our control. If the app is unavailable, please record your hours with your manager.

7. Intellectual property

The app, its design and all related materials are owned by South Ken Clinic and its licensors. No rights are granted to you other than the limited right to use the app while you are employed by the clinic.

8. Termination

Your access ends automatically when your employment with the clinic ends, or sooner if you breach these terms. You may request deletion of your account at any time from the mobile app (Settings → Delete account) or by contacting your administrator.

9. Disclaimer & liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the clinic is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under English law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or by your administrator. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Contact
